4. Use of Anonymized Data

You acknowledge and agree that medical information entered into our applications may be irreversibly anonymized and used by 4.0 MedTech Solutions for:

• Scientific purposes.
• Statistical purposes.
• Development of artificial intelligence algorithms.
• Commercial purposes, through controlled provision of anonymized datasets to third parties.

Under no circumstances will identifiable patient data be shared. All anonymization is performed under strict technical and legal protocols, in accordance with the highest international privacy standards.

5. Limitation of Medical Liability

The digital tools and artificial intelligence algorithms offered by 4.0 MedTech Solutions are complementary and do not replace professional clinical judgment. Medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, algorithms, interface design, AI models, and documentation belong to 4.0 MedTech Solutions and are protected by intellectual property rights. Use without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Modifications and Updates

4.0 MedTech Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our digital platforms, the mobile app, or by email.

8. Service Suspension

We may suspend or cancel your access to our services if we detect:

• Breach of these terms.
• Inappropriate, illegal, or fraudulent conduct.

9. Subscription Plans
